Job Purpose
<p>Warehouse Supervisor are generally responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, and delivering items. In addition, they are responsible for securing warehouse as well as supervising staff; leads organize and maintain inventory and stock control. Ensure that the storage areas and warehouse is kept clean and tidy, which includes identifying areas where processes could be improved and work practices amended.</p>
Job Description
<p>Making sure that all customer orders are fulfilled within the shortest possible timeline and packed to the required standard.</p>
<p>Issuing daily work instructions to staff in a way that is clear and concise.</p>
<p>Expediting workflow in a way that reduces overtime.</p>
<p>Checking the warehouse for damaged or missing items.</p>
<p>Carrying out regular audits and spot checks to ensure quality of process.</p>
<p>Overseeing the daily activities of forklift operators</p>
<p>Submitting new-hire recommendations to managers when there is a need for more staff</p>
<p>Acting as a communications fink between senior managers and warehouse workers.</p>
<p>Assigning job duties to individual team members and fellow co-workers</p>
<p>Ensuring that all team members adhere to the Company policies, Dress Code, attendance and timekeeping standards.</p>
<p>Identifying and correcting conditions that may affect employee safety.</p>
<p>Assuring proper training is available to those warehouse employees who need it.</p>
<p>Attending team leader meetings and contributing to any discussions</p>
<p>Keeping accurate customer account information and ensuring that inventory keep up-to-date the location.</p>
<p>Ensure to implement Good Warehousing Practices from time to time.</p>
<p>Prepares KPI reports for presentation to the MANCOM meeting.</p>
<p>Prepares incident reports for damaged or missing if there’s any.</p>
<p>Ensure to support and implement the cost savings initiatives Of the Management.</p>
<p>Sometimes assigned as a Forklift operation if needed.</p>
<p>Other duties that may assigned from time to time</p>

Qualifications
<p><strong>Education</strong></p>
<p>College Graduate (any 4 year business course)</p>
<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>
<p>At least 5 years of experience in the same role</p>
