Overview

We’re looking for a client-focused professional to manage client accounts, support offshore teams, and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships and day-to-day service delivery.
  • Monitor team performance and KPIs.
  • Conduct regular client and team check-ins.
  • Resolve delivery issues and improve processes.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in Operations, Account Management, Client Success, or Service Delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

Experience supporting Australian clients is highly regarded.
