Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the commercial sales and leasing division.
  • Secure high-value commercial and development site listings.
  • Prospect, negotiate, and close complex commercial transactions.
  • Mentor, manage, and develop commercial sales agents.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales.
  • Proven success closing high-value transactions.
  • Victorian Real Estate Licence (Essential).
