Senior leadership role leading strategy, operations, team delivery, brand consistency, and client campaign alignment across the marketing agency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily agency operations, workflows, and deliverables tracking.
- Lead, manage, and support virtual marketing teams across paid ads, email, content, design, and strategy.
- Ensure strategies are translated into executable plans and followed through.
- Protect and enforce brand standards across client and agency work.
- Monitor campaign performance and hold teams accountable to KPIs.
- Improve internal processes, workflows, and task management systems (Monday, Trello, Asana).
Requirements
- Senior experience in a marketing agency or multi-client environment.
- Strong digital marketing execution knowledge.
- Proven experience leading remote teams.
- Strong operational and decision-making skills.
